There is an office on the ground floor — say you are collecting a Krasava order and they will bring it out.
Cyprus, Europe and the rest of the world
A flat 20 € per order, whatever the number of items.
Delivery takes 7–21 working days, carried by Cyprus Post and partner postal services.
Any customs duties or charges in the destination country are paid by the customer.
Russia and CIS countries
Delivered by CDEK to a pickup point or by courier to your door.
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout for your address and shown before payment.
Cash on delivery is available at the pickup point.
Tracking your parcel
When an order leaves the warehouse, the tracking number appears in your account on the Profile page, inside the order card, with a link to the carrier.
If an order is paid and there is still no tracking number after five working days, write to us and we will look into it.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items ship once the batch has been produced. The expected date is on the product page.
If an order mixes stock items and pre-orders, we send everything together once the pre-order is ready. Tell us if you need the stock items sooner and we will split the order.
